• Digital products, both paid and free (guides, templates, prompts, workshops, etc.).

• Individual services, available at fixed pricing.

Payments & Acces

All payments are handled via third-party providers. No account creation is required. After payment, users will receive access / download information via email or direct link.

Subscription Terms

The brand partnership plan includes:

• Unlimited requests and revisions, within reasonable usage limits.

• Non-transferable access to Luis Rincón’s creative services.

• Cancellation is allowed at any time. No partial refunds for unused time.

Refund Policy

Refunds apply only to the trial period of the brand partnership plan. If the client cancels within 5 working days and is unsatisfied, 50% of the payment will be refunded. No other refunds apply unless legally required.

Usage & Restrictions

• Purchased digital products are for personal or internal business use only. Redistribution, resale, or sub-licensing is not permitted.

• Individual service purchases come with limited revisions, as agreed upon before the project begins.

• rinconelloinc reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials delivered through services or products remain the intellectual property of Luis Rincón unless otherwise stated. Usage rights are granted but not ownership.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes will be handled under its jurisdiction.

Changes

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the new terms.
